Things that make me pause

Finding two one dollar coins in a bag I brought to work.

Watching a bit on the 2006 Ironman and seeing the winner training in front of the Sydney Opera House.

Seeing a roo bar on a car and thinking it was for all the kangaroos (and that it was a roo bar, not a bull bar, which is what they are called here - I think.) - and then remembering that there aren't actually kangaroos running around Atlanta.

Waking up to a leaking ceiling in my kitchen and remembering that I am the landlord.

Running a race and not knowing every 5th person, not knowing the winners of the age groups (KV and FM!) and not having my people there at the end.

Singing "I'm here with all of my people..." and people looking at me strange. (Okay - that would probably happen anywhere except around the A-team).
