Shin Splints!
The best laid plans....
I've got a shin splint in my left leg - should have bought those new shoes a while ago!
I'm taking 2 weeks off from running (leaving me biking and swimming) and icing every chance I get, along with stretching, toe-tapping, and calf raises. I hope that'll be enough to cure!
I'm headed to CA this weekend to see Bridget and Doug (and Maggie and Jed and Mom). Yay!!
